The Independent Creator

“Empowering you to build your own academy.”

Pathway One supports qualified practitioners
(Level 3 Beauty/Massage or HND equivalent) in structuring their own expertise into professional courses.

What You’ll Master:

  • Lesson Planning: Creating frameworks that actually work.

  • Theory Delivery: Moving beyond the manual to engage a room.

  • Practical Assessment: Learning how to judge competency fairly and safely.

  • Business Tools: Includes a 60-Day Content Pack and the Charisma Academy Manual Policy Pack.

Pathway Two:
The Licensed Charisma Educator

“Join the movement. Teach the Method.”

This is an application-only pathway for those who want to represent the Charisma brand and deliver our signature protocols.

Why Pathway Two is Different:

  • Trauma-Aware Certification: Unique training in nervous system regulation and holding safe emotional space during bodywork.

  • Turnkey Teaching: We provide the manuals, the protocols, and the brand power.

  • Two Entry Options:

    • Option A: For those already trained in Charisma protocols (£2,500–£3,500).

    • Option B: For those new to Charisma, including full protocol training (£4,000–£5,500).
